Common questions about processor options, operating system support, mechanical integration, and future production orders.

Sometimes. Available processor options depend on the motherboard, cooling design, connector position, power requirements, and enclosure depth. The front panel and cut-out may remain unchanged, but the rear enclosure or I/O layout may need to be adjusted.

The approved motherboard, processor, memory, storage, touch controller, LCD, and I/O configuration can be recorded for future production. If a component becomes unavailable or reaches end of life, the proposed replacement will be reviewed before the next order is produced.

Operating system support depends on the selected processor, motherboard, drivers, peripherals, and application software. Windows and Linux options are available for compatible x86 platforms. Android must be confirmed separately with a suitable ARM platform.

Please provide the required screen size, resolution, touch type, processor or operating system preference, memory and storage, I/O ports, power input, mounting method, operating environment, target quantity, and project stage. A mechanical drawing or current equipment photo is also helpful.
